Tradisa Operador Logísitico has reached an agreement with Mosolf Group trough which will acquire Tramosa France shares in Creutzwald and Tramosa Logistik in Saarlouis.
This agreement was closed among both companies at the beginning of March and the transaction will be formalised in the third quarter 2017.
The purpose of this transaction is to simplify the network of companies and to speed up decision maker to offer a better service to the client according to statements of Ignacio Manzano, CEO of Agora Invest (owner of Tradisa) and Jörg Mosolf, CEO of Moslf Group.
Tramosa’s purchase will not change the situation of its employees and clients. Tramosa will continue giving activities and logistic services on the French market as usual.
With immediate effect, Luis Wilhelmi, a member of the Board of Directors has been named General Manager and from April 1, will assume Tramosa’s presidency, in Robert’s Viruega substitution. Jörg Moslf and Ignacio Manzano are grateful for his work in Tramosa Project during all this years.
With this purchase Tradisa, which already was owner of 50% of the company, acquires to Mosolf 50 remaining % and will control 100% of the company. Tramosa’s turnover in the last exercise has been €45 million.
With the transaction Tradisa gives one step further in its consolidation as one of the principal logistic operator in Europe with presence in Germany, France, Poland, Romania, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
