Following the integration of Trial (France), Toquero (Spain, Portugal and France), Fleetpoint (Netherlands), VSE (Europe), Sintax (Spain, Portugal and France) and CVT (UK), this latest acquisition is the largest in terms of turnover, workforce and integrated assets.

STVA designs and operates tailored industrial logistics solutions for the entire automotive logistics sector. As a prominent European player, the company is present in 9 countries, mainly France, Germany, UK and Morocco. STVA brings to Groupe CAT its 31 Vehicle Logistics compounds, a fleet of 725 trucks, 2,600 rail wagons and 2,000 employees; this gives the new consortium one of the largest and most complete production tools in European Vehicle Logistics. Following the acquisition, Groupe CAT now has a fleet of 1,700 trucks, 2,600 rail wagons, and a network of 96 Vehicle Logistics compounds, with more than 8,000 employees (internal and external).
