Newly headquartered in Green, Surgere is a packaging management and supply chain intelligence provider to the automotive manufacturing industry. Growing to meet the needs of new clients and programmes, Surgere has moved to a new location.
The new facility is a stone-throw away from the Akron-Canton Airport, providing easy access to and from the facility for Surgere’s national clientele. The new headquarters will provide nearly 70% more growth-space for additional software development, data monitoring, advanced analytics, engineering, and sales and marketing teams. Featuring a variety of collaborative meeting and tech-y work spaces, along with a state-of-the-art testing and demonstration environment, the new location is the perfect space for Surgere’s industry leading packaging and asset control and visibillity services to evolve and thrive.
Due to the size and floor plan, the new facility lends itself well to team collaboration internally and with clients. Equipped with a variety of interactive TV arrays for monitoring client activity, the main ‘Command Centre’ area will also be utilised for training events and education sessions.
“As our clients’ success demands our team to grow in size, strategy and infrastructure, we now have a flexible, yet intentionally designed space that we can use to proactively meet those growth needs. We’re focused on providing world-class technology, the most accurate packaging data possible and developing the business intelligence ecosystem our clients need. I can think of nothing more important than continually striving toward higher levels of client satisfaction and the new facility plays a key role in that mission,” stated William Wappler, President of Surgere.
Having strategically hired Developers, Database Administrators and Engineers throughout 2015, and with the launch of a technology subsidiary in Kochi India, Surgere is equipped to provide a broad competency, ranging from software development, supply chain intelligence, predictive analysis and packaging supply chain automation. Much like 2015, Surgere will continue to expand it’s abilities and team in 2016.
