Jeny Hanvey, Customer Service Manager at Kuehne + Nagel, was awarded the Above & Beyond Supply Chain Award for demonstrating excellence in improving supply chain processes.
The prestigious ceremony recognised the very best female talent, making significant improvements and contributions to the Transportation & Logistics industry. The programme aims to raise awareness of the opportunities within the industry by celebrating inspiring women who can become visible role models to the next generation.
Jeny joined Kuehne + Nagel in 2009, achieving the role of Customer Service Manager in 2013. She oversees the day-to-day carrier operations to ensure smooth service is provided. Her team improves customers’ experiences through developing robust relationships with in-house teams as well as service providers and partner organisations, providing reactive and proactive initiatives. The team resolve queries and issues and provide customers with education on customer care, fraud and retention.
