Groupe CAT has announced the appointments of Jean-Michel Floret, as Director of the Vehicle Logistics Division and Antoine Ritz, as Director of the Cargo Logistics Division.

The Board of Groupe CAT is delighted to welcome these new top managers to the Executive Committee, whose experience in automobile logistics is recognised throughout the industry. These recent appointments reflect the successful integration of new companies into Groupe CAT,” said Franck de Marolles, Human Resources and Communication Director of Groupe CAT.
Jean-Michel Floret joins the Executive Committee of Groupe CAT and remains Chairman of the Board of STVA. Floret, an HEC graduate, began his career at SNCF Group and held several positions within the Freight Directorate. In 1999 he set up SNCF Fret Deutschland GmbH, in Frankfurt. He was then appointed Development Director of CNC Transports. In 2003 he joined the STVA Group where he held different roles: Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Engineering and Procurement, Director of International Activities and, in 2012, he was appointed Managing Director of STVA and Chairman of the Board in 2014. Floret has been appointed Director of the Vehicle Logistics Division of Groupe CAT, which represents a turnover of around €1.35 billion ($1.67 billion) and 6,500 employees.
Antoine Ritz joins the Executive Committee of Groupe CAT. In parallel, he leaves his position of Deputy Managing Director of STVA.
As a graduate of the “Institut Supérieur de Gestion”, Ritz began his career in 1994 at Saint-Louis Sucre as Economic Studies Manager. In 2000, he joined the Groupe CAT where he held the positions of Internal Auditor and Financial Controller. In 2004, he was appointed Project Management Controller at Géodis Group. In 2006, he became Financial Director for Géodis Eastern Europe. In 2014, he joined the STVA Group as Financial, Legal and Real Estate Director and Board Member. In September 2016, he was appointed Group Deputy Managing Director.
Ritz has been appointed Director of the Cargo Logistics Division of Groupe CAT, which represents a turnover of around €350 million and 1,500 employees.
