The GEFCO Group has apppointed Sabine Spielrein as the Group’s Internal Audit Director, reporting to Luc Nadal, Chairman of the Management Board.
Previously Internal Audit and Control Director at Dalkia, Sabine Spielrein is bringing to GEFCO her audit expertise, her experience in the industrial sectors and her knowledge of international environments, one of GEFCO’s major development areas.
“I am very pleased that Sabine is joining our team,” said Luc Nadal, “I am confident that, thanks to her experience and talent, she will contribute significantly to our ongoing development and growth policy”.
Sabine Spielrein started her career as an auditor at Bristol-Myers Squibb France in 1994. She then spent two years at KPMG as a consultant. In 1997, she joined Plastic Omnium as internal audit manager where she held various positions in the financial field; she participated in the creation of Inergy, a joint venture with Solvay. In 2002, she joined Dalkia and held various positions in finance, audit, mergers and acquisitions in France and Great Britain.

Sabine Spielrein is an ISG Paris graduate and obtained a Master’s degree in Audit and Corporate Governance in 1993.
