The MOSOLF Group, one of the leading system service providers for the automobile industry in Europe, is appointing a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Dr Kersten Ruoss is joining the management board and will support the realignment of the MOSOLF Group.
Horst Mosolf GmbH & Co. KG has announced that Friedbert Maul (56), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is leaving the company by mutual consent with effect from 30 November 2016.
The new CFO at the MOSOLF Group from December 1, 2016 onwards will be Dr Kersten Ruoss (42), who has been working for the MOSOLF Group since 2013. He was most recently responsible for the internal audit of the MOSOLF Group and was Managing Director of the MOSOLF Grundstücksgesellschaft.
